What we're seeing
At Francis J. White Learning Center, chronic absenteeism has fallen 60% over the 5-year window — from 1.1% in 2017 to 0.4% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 26.9% below in 2017 to 27.6% below in 2020.
