What we're seeing
At James Irvine Intermediate, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 5% over the 5-year window — from 24.3:1 in 2020 to 23.1:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 8.9:1 above in 2020 to 7.7:1 above in 2024.
