At CASCADES HIGH, chronic absenteeism has been essentially flat over the 5-year window — from 115.8% in 2015 to 116.7% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 87.8% above in 2015 to 88.7% above in 2020.
