At KIPP TROY PREPARATORY CHARTER, chronic absenteeism has fallen 90% over the 5-year window — from 11.7% in 2015 to 1.2% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 16.3% below in 2015 to 26.8% below in 2020.
