At PS 18 WINCHESTER, the student:teacher ratio has risen 25% over the 5-year window — from 11.8:1 in 2020 to 14.7:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 3.6:1 below in 2020 to 0.7:1 below in 2024.
