What we're seeing
At PS 70, chronic absenteeism has fallen 94% over the 5-year window — from 22.7% in 2015 to 1.4% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 5.3% below in 2015 to 26.6% below in 2020.
