At PS/IS 295, chronic absenteeism has fallen 60% over the 5-year window — from 12.8% in 2015 to 5.2% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 15.2% below in 2015 to 22.8% below in 2020.
