At FAIRFIELD INT, chronic absenteeism has fallen 79% over the 5-year window — from 7.5% in 2015 to 1.6% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 20.4% below in 2015 to 26.4% below in 2020.
