At HUMBLE COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER, chronic absenteeism has fallen 75% over the 5-year window — from 9.8% in 2017 to 2.5% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 18.2% below in 2017 to 25.5% below in 2020.
