What we're seeing
At MITCHELL INT, chronic absenteeism has fallen 44% over the 5-year window — from 4.6% in 2015 to 2.6% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 23.4% below in 2015 to 25.4% below in 2020.
