At NICHOLS INT, chronic absenteeism has fallen 55% over the 5-year window — from 29.7% in 2015 to 13.4% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 1.7% below in 2015 to 14.6% below in 2020.
